钨丝电热蒸发直流电弧光谱痕量分析及Nacl的增感机理

摘要 在前文的基础上对TS-ETV-AES(钨丝电热蒸发进样一直流电弧光谱分析法)作了进一步的研究。考察了蒸发容器的大小对谱线黑度的影响,并对相应的实验参数进行了优化,还考察了Co、Cr、Ni、Mn、He、B、Zn、Cd、Pb、Mo等10个元素在钨丝上的蒸发行为及NaCl的基体效应。在最佳条件下得到Cr、Ni、Mn、Mg、B、Pb、Mo、Co的检出限和RSD分别为:1.4×10^(-9),5.3%;10.2×10^(-9)g,9.71%;2.5×10^(-9)g,13.3%;3.4×10^(-9)g,3.9%;46×10^(-9)g,23.7%;10.2×10^(-9)g,10.9%:8.9×10^(-9)g,7.2%。用该法分析了水样,所得结果同GFAAS法基本吻合。 This is the second paper of tungsten-spiral electrothermal vaporization for sample introduction into d. c. arc. In this paper, the volume of vaporization chamber was investigated and some experimental parameters were optimized. The vaporization behaviors of Co, Ni, Mn, B, Zn, Cd, Pb and Mo on tungsten-spiral and the enhancing intensity mechanism of sodium chloride were also discussed in detail. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the detection limits of Cr, Ni, Mn, Mg, B, Pb, Mo and Co were obtained in the range of 10^(-8)~10^(-10)g. In this condition, the precision is higher than in conventional d. c. arc. This method was applied to determine trace Cu, Mn and Fe in tap water and the results are in good agreement with those obtained by GFAAS.
