摘要
本文报道了两种人造金红石制取工艺过程的穆斯堡尔谱研究结果,根据样品的穆斯堡尔谱参数所提供的信息,分析了各样品中含铁物相的变化,计算了各样品中含铁物相的相对含量和Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)的比值。结果表明,采用盐酸浸取氧化—还原钛铁矿(简称ORT)工艺比盐酸直接浸取钛铁矿(简称DIE)工艺制取人造金红石的效果好。
It is significant to produce the high quality artificial ruffle with the minimum iron content from natural ilmenite mineral by some advanced methods. We report the Mossbauer study on seven samples obtained from the different stages of artificial rutile producing processes by two technological methods. The first method is the oxido-reduction treatment for the leaching ilmenite sample in the hydrochloric acid(HCl) and the second one is the leach of original ilmenite sample directly in HCl. Measuring the ratio Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+) by Mossbauer effect, it is found that the first method is much better than the second one.
