摘要
作者依据我国高炉目前的生产状况,讨论了高炉采用富氧喷吹煤粉所产生的增铁节焦、节能降耗的冶炼效果,并就富氧喷吹煤粉对高炉冶炼的影响,提出了高炉采用富氧喷吹的技术保证。
The comment on the technology of PCI by enriched blast in B.F.and its developing orientation is made in this paper.According to the state of the actual operation of B.F.in our country,the benefit caused by application of PCI by enriched blast to the B.F.,which production is increased and coke is economized and ener- gy is saved and consumption is decreased,is discussed.The affection of PCI by enriched blast on the B.F.opera- tion is analysized.The technical keys that the PCI by enriched blast is efficiently used in the B.F.are put for- ward.
