一种FEC控制器的研究

A STUDY ON A KIND OF FEC CONTROLLER

作者针对常规 Fuzzy 控制方式的局限性,将 Fuzzy 控制技术、常规控制技术和专家系统技术相结合,研制出一种新型的模糊专家控制器——FEC 控制器。我们着重探讨了以 Fuzzy 控制为主导的四种控制方式知识库的建立;提出应用 Fuzzy 控制技术实现系统推理、搜索的设想,设计了一种基于 Fuzzy 逻辑的推理机;运用 Fuzzy集理论解决了 FEC 控制器的参数自调整问题;对 FEC 控制器的品质和搜索算法进行了大量的数字仿真比较实验,并在 STD BUS 工业控制机上用该控制器实现了电阻炉温度控制。结果表明,该控制器实现了系统动态、静态品质的综合优化,为改进Fuzzy 控制系统的性能,完善不确定过程控制,提供了一种有效的、实用的方法。

Aiming at the weakness of conventional Fuzzy control method,a new style Fuzzy Expert Controller FEC,which is based on the technique of Fuzzy control,conventional control and production expert system,has been researched in this paper.We have mainly discussed the establishment of four-kind-control-method knowl- edge-base which mainly contains Fuzzy control.A thought for reasoning and searching,by applying Fuzzy control technique,has been obtained.And a new style reasoning machine has been designed.The problem of the parame- ter self-adjusting has been solved in this paper by applying Fuzzy Set theory.A large Digital simulation compari- son experiments have been done on the regulating performance and the searching method of FEC controller.Ac- cording to the design of the FEC controller,the researcher has realized the temperature control of resistance stove on STD BUS industrial control machine.It points out,the FEC controller has reallized the synthetical optimiza- tion of the dynamic and static characters.It provides an effective and practical method to improve the character of Fuzzy control system and to complete the indefinite process control.
