摘要
控制空气污染是人类的一项长期任务。本文介绍了一种空气污染长期控制策略,并较详细地分析、讨论了用线性规划方法确定最低费用空气污染控制方案和控制总排放量的最低费用问题。
Air pollution control is a long task for human beings. In the present paper, a long-term air pollution control strategy is presented and the determination of the least-cost air pollution control strategy and the least-cost control problem for total emissions are discussed by using the linear programming method.
