摘要
本文介绍基于漏磁检测原理的钢管芯棒断裂在线检测装置,对装置的励磁磁路结构、磁敏检测元件及其信号处理电路进行了较详细的分析论述。
A sensor for detecting steel tube's core bar which is broken on line is presented in the paper, basing on the theory of magnetic leakage measure. The sensor's magnetic circuit structure which magnetizes the steel tubes,the application of magnetic sensors and its signal treated circuit have been analysed carefully.
