摘要
作者用复合形法对1台门式起重机的金属结构进行优化设计计算。根据不同的运行状态选用不同的数学模型,以金属结构的重量最轻为目标,采用37个约束条件,首先优化选定主梁断面形状,再进行各部分尺寸的优化计算,得出经济合理的最优结果。
Calculation of optimized design is made in complex mehtod for the metal structure of a gantry crane in this paper. Depending on different travelling modes,mathematical models are chosen. With the lightest metal structure in view, the author follows 37 confining conditions first to decide optimally the section form of the main beam, and then to carry calculations for the sizes of various parts on optimization level,thereby getting the most economic and reasonable results.
