电弧炼钢炉电极液压调节自适应系统的研究

摘要 针对电弧炉炼钢过程中因电弧压降梯度变化引起开环增益改变,从而导致电极调节液压伺服系统品质不稳定的现象,根据参考模型自适应原理,本文提出了两种在开环状态下进行增益补偿,然后形成闭环的方法。经仿真和实验,说明按此设计的电极调节自适应系统,不仅能克服由于电弧压降梯度变化对系统动态品质的影响,而且还能提高系统的响应能力。 Ponit to the phenomenon that the quality of electrode position regulated by hydraulic servo system of electric-arc furnace can't remain during melt process which caused by the arc voltage gradient change. According to the model reference adaptive control principle the article presented two methods to compensate the gain under open loop and then closed by feedback. Through the digital simulation and experiment showing that the electrode position regulator which designed on the basis of author's methods not only can be overcome the influence by varied arc voltage gradient disturbed on the system dynamic characteristics, but also improved the response.
