摘要
本文介绍一种具有高淬透性的汽车锥板弹簧用Si-Mn-Cr-V-B钢的使用性能。该钢具有高强度、高的屈强比、高的疲劳极限、低的脱碳敏感性、良好的塑性及良好的热加工性能,是一种较理想的汽车锥板弹簧用钢。
This paper presents service properties of a high hardenability steel in use for automobile taper leaf spring. This steel have high strength,high yield ratio,high fatigue limit,low decarbon sensibility,good plasticity and good hot work behaviour. That is a satisfactory steel in use for automobile taper leaf pring.
