孔形电场除尘性能的试验研究

摘要 本文通过对现有电除尘器的分析,提出在电除尘器的进风口处,以气流分布板作为收尘板,在分布板之间布置一层阴极形成孔形电场。从理论分析和经过大量的试验,说明了孔形电场的基本特性,具有良好的的预收尘和预荷电作用,对提高电除尘器的性能,减少钢材消耗和降低造价都有重要作用。 In order to form a holey eletric-field, gas distribution plates serve as dust- collection electrodes and a layer cathod is arranged between the plates in the cone entrance of electric dust-collection. Basing on the theorerical analysis and experimental results, the fundamental characteristics of the holey electric-field is explained, which has a better pre-dust-collecting and pre- charging function. It plays an important part in enhancing the function of electic dust-collection, reducing the cost and steel consumption of electric dust-collection.
