聚合物—水泥界面粘结层的结构分析

Analyses on the Structure of the Interfacial Bond Layer Between Polymer and Cement

本文采用解粘实验方法和高效液相色谱检测技术,对聚合物水泥基复合材料中几种聚合物与高铝水泥间的复合界面层进行了组成和结构分析;讨论了不同粘结力在界面层中的作用形式及其对材料设计和复合性能的影响。在此基础上,对聚合物水泥基复合材料界面粘结层的结构模型进行了描述。

The composition and structure of the complex interface layer between polymer and aluminous cement in polymer cement based composite materials have been analyzed by mean of the experimental method of the adhesive failure and testing technique of high performace liquid chro- matography. The action forms of different bond force and their effect on the design and the complex properties of the materials are discussed. Based on the investigation results,the structure model of the interfacial bond layer in polymer cement based composite materials is described.
