The crude rapeseed oil, in which the content of Se (selenium) is not lower than 0. 10mg/l, through degumming,neutralization,bleaching and deodorisation, can be refined as high-grade cooking oil . The content of Se in the refined oil is not lower than 0. 05mg/l. This is a kind of health edible oil rich in Se .
