本文对特色名贵米进行品系分类和特性分析。并据以提出在碾制过程中应采取相应的技术措施,以利保存其特色。
This article classifies the strain of characteristic rare rice and analyses us properties. According to the previous steps, the article advances that the appropriate technical measures should be adopted in the process of milling rice in order to keep its characteristics.
