摘要
斗式提升机工作时,输送带各部位的应力不同。在绕过驱动轮时,带子处于较复杂的应力状态,本文从材料力学的观点出发,分析了输送带“危险点”的应力状态,建立了符合实际情况的强度理论;同时在参数选择、公式使用等方面提出了新的见解。
When a bucket elevator works , the stress of every part of the transport belt is def-ferfnt . The transport belt is in a complicated state of stress ,especially when it is moving round its driving wheel , according to mechanics of materials , the state of stress of the 'dangerous point' of the transport belt is analysed and the strength theory suitable for practical situation is established in this paper. Meanwhile , in selecting parameters and using formulas the writer of this paper gives some new views.
