Research on Intelligent Testing System for Transient Signals

论述为研究瞬态信号对电子设备干扰的智能测试系统。提出以常规器件为主而采用非常规的方案和技巧性的电路设计,结合单片机和计算机技术,使本装置能对随机的、单次的瞬态信号进行快速捕捉和测试分析。本系统既可以作为一个便携式智能仪器,也可以构成一个通用的多功能的测试系统。

An intelligent testing system for investigating the interference with electronic equipment from transient signals is described. Taking regular devices as the dominant factor and adopting an irregular scheme and technical circuit design in combination with single-chip microcomputer technology, this system can rapidly catch the radom transient signals and also do the testing and analyzing work. This system can be used as a portable special intelligent instrument and a general testing system with multi-function.
