摘要
本文介绍车用发动机(4105型柴油机)缸内部件状态监测与故障诊断的研究。文中阐明了发动机机身振动激励源的基本特征和活塞撞击气缸套引起机身振动的特征。对缸内部件在不同技术状态下机身表面的振动特性进行了分析,对发动机进行了模拟故障试验,并确定出机身表面振动信号的特征参数与活塞、气缸套磨损状态之间的关系。
The authors deal with the condition monitoring and fault diagnosing of parts inside the cylinder of the automobile diesel engine. This paper describes the basic characteristics of the exciting source of engine vibration and analyses the characteristics of engine vibration caused by piston slap. This paper also analyses the characteristics of surface vibration of parts inside the cylinder under different techni cal conditions,carries out the fault simulating experiment,and defines the relationship between the characteristic parameters of the surface vibration signals and the wearing condition of the piston-cylinder liner.
