摘要
本文介绍了先进的TR镦锻法制造曲轴毛坯的工作原理。通过TR锻与自由锻两组不同实物曲轴的疲劳试验,得到TR锻曲轴较自由锻曲轴疲劳强度提高16%~22%的结果,以及分析了TR锻曲轴疲劳强度提高的原因有:TR锻材料金属纤维的连续性及锻件内部材质较差部分不致外露、曲轴表面晶粒细小、材料断裂韧性较自由锻材料提高20%。
The paper introduces the working principle in making crankshafts by using advanced TR upsettting. Comparting fatigue tests on TR upsetting and open die forging,this paper finds that the fatigue strength of the TR upsetting crankshaft is 16 — 22 percent higher than that of the open die forging crankshaft. This is because due to the fact that the TR upsetting crankshaft has the continuity of metal fibers and no bad externals of forging meterials;it has fine grains on the surface;its fracture toughness is 20 percent higher than that of the open die forging crankshaft.
