摘要
在对船用黑匣子数据压缩系统的讨论中,采用多项式数据近似型预测编码系统,列出了多种数据压缩方案,提出了一种具有一定自适应性的数据压缩方案——变窗口零阶预测法,既可设置窗口值,又可进行数据压缩和数据恢复。
In discussing the data compression system for the marine black box, the paper presents some kinds of data compression projects by use of the polynomial approximation theory of prediction encoding. A new data compression project,varied window zero order prediction which has considerable self-adapt-ability,is developed. This project can not only solve the problem about setting up the window automatically ,but also carry out data compression and data restoration.
