20CrMnTi钢汽车后桥齿轮渗碳设备及工艺改进

摘要 对湖北省交通汽车配件厂东风140汽车后桥齿轮渗碳设备及工艺进行了改进,用氧探头测量、显示、记录炉内碳势,采用球化渗碳直接淬火工艺取代渗碳后空冷重新加热淬火工艺。产品质量稳定,使用寿命提高,缩短了生产周期。 This paper describes the improvement of the carburizing apparatus and their technology adopted by Traffic Automobiles Fittings Factory, Hubei Province. The carbon potential inside the apparatus is measured and Showed and recored with the oxyger probe. The spheroidized carburizing-quenching technology takes place of that of routine carburizing-reheating treatment. The gears produced in this way are stable in quality,longer in service time and shorter in production period.
