摘要
研究了正交变换编码在静止图象压缩中的应用,论证了一种新变换——组合实离散傅氏变换(SRDFT),该变换能达到离散余弦变换(DCT)等同的效果,经过量化编码,实现图象数据压缩。
This paper discusses the application of quadrature transfrom coding in image compression and analyses the new transform——Scrambled Real Discrete Fourier Transform (SRDFT). SRDFT has basically the same visual performance as the Discrete Cosine Transform(DCT). In addition, SRDFT has much lower complexity in terms of number of operations, especially multiplications. Image data compression is carried out through quantized coding.
