摘要
通过对开裂的人造水晶釜的机械性能检测、断口分析及裂纹分析,认为该人造水晶釜的开裂具有应力腐蚀开裂机理,并指出裂纹产生是由于釜体内壁堵底台肩根部应力集中过大,而裂纹扩展是应力腐蚀的结果。应力腐蚀属阳极溶解控制的活性通道腐蚀型。siO_2溶液深入到裂缝中生长成水晶晶胞并长大,起到楔入物作用,加速了裂纹的扩展。
Through the mechanical properties test and analysis on fracture and cracks on the cooker for synthetic crystal, this paper considers that the cracks are caused by larger stress concentration in the roof of step-wedge, and that stress corrosion results in crack propagation. Stress corrosion is of APC-SCC type. Growing crystallon of silica from SiO_2 liquor filled in cracks accelerates propagation of cracks.
