Sixty Years of the Chinese Physical Society

中国物理学会建立于１９３２年．为纪念中国物理学会成立６０周年，该文在简短地重述中国物理学会前５０年的概况之后，综述了近十年来中国物理学研究的主要成就、各物理学分支学科的研究进展和中国物理学会的各项活动．

In commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the Chinese Physical Society (CPS) estab-lished in 1932, an overview is presented of the activities in the former fifty years. The main achievements of physics research in China, the progress in research and development in vari-ous branches of physics and the activities of the CPS over the last ten years are then reviewed.
