摘要
对30例前列腺摘除患者采用国产凝血酶术中局部止血,同对照组相比较,包括术中输血量、前列腺窝的出血程度、术后尿转清时间及并发症等,发现用药组均明显优于对照组。认为此法简单、安全、有效,无副作用。
Using Chinese—produced thrombin for local hemostasis in prostatectomy in patients with hyperplasia of prostate, it indicated that this medicine had more significant effect in amount of blood transfution, bleeding degree, the changing clear time of urine and complications compared with control group. It could be a simple, safe, effective and no side—effect hemostatic agent.
