动态心电图对缺血型ST段的观察

Observation on ischemic ST-segment with ambulatory ECG

通过对66例冠心病患者动态心电图对缺血型ST段的观察,发现心肌缺血型ST段改变331次,其中无症状心肌缺血239次,占72.2％;有症状心肌缺血92次,占27.8％。心肌缺血发作有明显的昼夜分布规律,昼间发作221次,夜间发作110次,上午为心肌缺血发作高峰(127次),占全天的38.4％。提示在冠心病的诊治中应重视无症状心肌缺血,且应根据心肌缺血发作的时间规律调整给药时间。

Three handred and thirty—one episodes of myocardial ischemia on dymamic electrocardagram were founded by Holter in 66 cases of coronary artery diseases 239 times(72. 2%) of them ischemia without symptom and 92 times(27.8%) were ischemia with symptom and 221 times at day which had 127times(38.4%)at morning,110 times at night. It suggested there were obvious circadian rhythems in thetime of attached myocardial ischemia. Thus we sould pay a attention to myocardias ischemia without symptom and modify time of antiischemic drugs adiministration according to the circadian rhythem.
