rhM—CSF与单核细胞协同对残留白血病祖细胞抑制作用的研究

摘要 应用造血祖细胞体外甲基纤维素培养法,观察基因重组人巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(rhM-CSF)对急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)完全缓解后骨髓残留白血病祖细胞(L—CFU)的抑制作用,培养前用rhM—CSF与去单核和未去单核的骨髓单个核细胞作用。结果表明:rhM—CSF对L—CFU有明显的抑制作用和诱导分化作用,且与单核细胞的协同作用有关。 The inhibition effects of recombniant human macrophage colony—stimulaiting factor (rhM—CSF) on residual leukemia progenitors(L—CFU) in bone marrow complete remission of acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL) were observed using methylcellulose culture in vitro. The rhM—CSF had acted on mononuclear cells bone marrow with and without before the culture. The results showed that the rhM—CSF had significant inhibition effects and differention—inducing effects on L—CFU, which related to synrgism of monocytes.
