In order to study of the therapeutic mechanism of anisodamine hydrobromide(code name 654—2)for extensive burn, non—fatal burn modols of S—D rats were reproduced and divided into control and 654—2 treated groups,in addition, there was a group of normal rats. It was found that plalete adhension rate, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and content of plasma fibrin in the treated group were significantly low as compared with control group (P<0.01). It is indicated that 654—2 plays an important role in improving microcirculation and tissue anoxia, increasing local blood supply and promoting wound healing.
