北京地区Hb和RBC参考值调查及季节变化

Investigation on reference values of Hb and RBC in residents of Beijing area and their seasonal variations

对北京地区1414名健康人进行Hb、RBC参考值调查,Hb男121～190g/L,女114～185g/L;RBC男3.77～6.06×10^(12)/L,女3.52～6.11×10^(12)/L。明显高于现有的参考值,可能与近年来人民生活水平普遍提高和血细胞计数仪的准确性、敏感性强有关。同时对335名同一健康人在四季分别测定Hb、RBC,结果表明,无论儿童、成人Hb、RBC参考值夏秋季普遍高于冬春季。P<0.01。

Reference values of Hb and RBC were investigated in healthy residents in Beijing area. Results showed Hb 121～190g/L in males and 114～185g/L in females, and RBC 3.77～6.06×10^(12)/L in males and 3.52～6.11×10^(12)/L in females. These reference values are significantly higher than the present reference val ues, which might have corelation with the raised living standards of people in recent years. In the mean time, the Hb aud RBC of identitcal healthy people were investigated in different seasons. The results showed that the reference values of Hb and RBC of both children and adults in summer and automn were higher than those in spring and winter(P<0.01).
