中药蒸汽治疗膝关节骨关节炎和创伤性滑膜炎的临床研究

Clinical study of traditional Chinese medicine steam for osteoarthritis of knee joint and traumatic synovitis

采用中药蒸汽治疗膝关节骨关节炎和创伤性滑膜炎110例。将膝关节暴露于40～50℃左右的中药蒸汽环境下,观察关节状况的变化及研究中药蒸汽的疗效。结果表明:关节疼痛及活动障碍指数在治疗后较治疗前比较有显著改善,有关节肿胀或关节腔积液得治疗后完全恢复正常,总有效率达92.7％。与口服芬必得比较有极显著性差异(P<0.001),说明中药蒸汽对膝关节有较强的消肿,止痛及抗炎作用。

One handred and ten cases of osteoarthritis of knee joints and traumatic synovitis were treated by traditional Chinese medicine steam. The knee joints were put into traditional Chinese medicine steam at 40～50℃ in order to observed and study theraputic effects of traditional Chinese medicine on them. The results showed that arthralgia and acting dysfunction indices were much more improved, than that before treatment and the complications with arthroncus and hydrarthrosis were completly recovered normal. The total effect rate was 97.2％, which had significantly difference (P<0.01) as compared with adminitered Fenbid. It is indicated that there is significant efficiency with traditional Chinese medicine steam in detumescence, analgesic and anti—inflammatory for osteoarthritis and traumatic synovitis.
