肩胛上神经与肩胛上下孔的应用解剖学探讨

Applied anatomy of suprascapular nerve in suprascapular and subscapular foramina

为研究肩背部疼痛的临床解剖学,在30侧成人尸体上肢标本上,用游标卡尺观测了肩胛上神经、血管与肩胛上、下孔的关系,确定了肩胛上、下孔的体表定位。结果表明:肩胛上神经穿经肩胛上孔而肩胛上血管行经肩胛上横韧带上方者23侧(76.6±7.7％);肩胛上神经、血管均穿经肩胛上孔者7侧(23.4±7.7％);在肩胛上孔处,肩胛上血管位于肩胛上神经的外侧。为临床治疗肩背部疼痛提供了比较准确的解剖学依据。

The relationship between suprascapular nerve and vessels on the one hand and suprascapular and subscapular foramina on the other was observed with vernier calliper on 30 sides of upper limbs of adult cadavers. The surface localization of suprascapular foramen and subscapular foramen were determined. The results showed that suprascapular nerve passes through suprascapular formamen and suprascapular vessels pass beneath superior transverse ligament of scapula in 23 sides (76. 6±7. 7%), and both pass through suprascapular foramen in 7 sides(23. 4±7. 7%). Suprascapular vessels are located at lateral side of suprascapular nerve at subscapular foramen, providing accurate anatomical basis for treatment of shoulder and back pain.
