摘要
有机固体发展的长远应用目标之一是分子电子学,目前分子电子学仍处于有机固体的基础和应用垫础研究阶段.本文综述了有机导体和超导体、有机铁磁体和有机非线性光学材料的研究现状.并对分子电子学发展的相关技术,如 Langmuir-Blodgett膜技术、有机分子束外延生长技术和纳米技术以及正在研究中的有机电子、光电子器件,分子器件作了简单介绍.
One of the long-term application objectives for the development of organic solids is molecular electronics. At present, molecular electronics is still at the stage of basic research and applied basic research of organic solids. In this re- view, the current researches on organic conductors, superconductors, organic ferr- omagnets and organic non-linear optical materials are summarized. Some techni- ques related to the development for molecular electronics, for example,Langmuir -Blodgett film, organic molecular beam epitaxy and nano-technique as well as or- ganic electronic, photoelectronic devices and molecular devices are also introdu- ced briefly.
