摘要
本文对奥贝球铁的应变疲劳特性进行了研究,并测定了残余奥氏体在应变疲劳过程中的变化。结果发现残余奥氏体经应变作用转变为马氏体,从而导致疲劳寿命降低;同时,石墨球化不良也加速了疲劳断裂过程。文章最后还对工业生产提出了几点建议。
Strain fatigue properties of austenite-bainite SG iron have been studied. The changes in the amount of the retained austenite have been measured in the strain fatigue process. It is shown that the transformation of retained austenite to marteusite leads to a reduction in fatigue life. The graphite in bad morphology speeds up the fatigue fracture process. Finally, some suggestions have been put forward for the industrial production.
