摘要
通过在谱仪真空中对碱土金属氧化物作原位加热,使其表面碳酸盐分解,然后记录其晶格氧的O_(1s)电子结合能.结果表明测得的MgO,CaO,SrO 和BaO 的O_(1s)结合能明显地低于大部分文献报导的数值.本文测得的碱土金属氧化物的O_(1s)电子结合能与氧原子上的Sanderson 电荷分数有合理的相关性.本文测得的BaO_2的O_(1s)结合能是530.9eV,它比文献报导的数值要低.
The O_(1s) binding energy of MgO,CaO,SrO and BaO were determined bymeans of XPS.Prior to the determination,the samples were heated in the spectrometerat 400℃.The surface carbonates were partly decomposed and the O_(1s) spectra of lat-tice oxygen of the oxides were recorded.The O_(1s) binding energies of MgO,CaOand SrO determined by present work are lower than that reported in the literatures.A reasonable correlation between O_(1s) binding energies determined by present workand the partial charge on oxygen calculated by Sanderson for these alkaline earthoxides are found.The O_(1s) binding energy of BaO_2 determined by present work is530.9 eV which is also lower than that reported in the literatures.
