摘要 以一组微分方程来描述两元合金组成的平面扩散偶的相形成情况。这组方程不但考虑了扩散系数,还考虑了相界面反应系数。用这组方程可以描述扩散偶中相的生长顺序和相的消长。分析表明:相的生长顺序和消长不仅与组元的扩散有关,还与相界面的反应有关。本文还用这个理论解释了两个典型的实验结果。 In this paper a description for the phase formation in a binary planar diffusion couple is presented in the form of a system of differential equations. Not only diffusivity of constituents but also interfacial reaction at phase boundary are introduced in this system of equations. The formation process of phases including the sequence, the growth or shrinkage of the phases can be described clearly with this system of equations. The analysis on the basis of these equations indicates that the formation process of phases depends on interfacial reaction as well as of diffusion. Finally, two typical experimental results are expounded.
