摘要
本文阐述Ta-MoS_2系复合材料的热压烧结工艺和工艺参数对材料性能的影响。讨论了材料润滑相的结构分析及在高真空特定条件中材料的应用。
In this paper influences of hot pressing sintering process and processing parameters on material properties of Ta-MoS_2 composite have been described and the strueture analysis for lubricating phase and application of the material in highvacuum conelition have been discussed
