摘要
本文采用两阶有限单元,通过求解压力参数形式的动态雷诺方程,对一种国外引进的汽轮机可倾瓦特珠结构轴承在计及偏心油楔、油沟、油槽、瓦块转动惯量和涡动比下的动力特性及其支承的转子系统的动力稳定性进行了理论分析计算并探讨了轴承油膜力场特性与稳定性的关系,给出了判别油膜力场成为势力场的充分必要条件。
The second-order finite element is emploied in the finite element calculation of dynamic Reynolds' Equation in form of pressure parameter. Dynamic properties of a new type of tilting-pad bearing and stabilities of the rotor systems supported by the bearings are theoretical calculated. The calculation includes the effect of oil wedge, groove, pad inertia and whirl ratio. The relation between bearing oil force field and its stabilities is discussed. Sufficient and necessary condition is given to determine whether the bearing oil force field is a potential field.
