摘要
水轮发电机组的推力轴承的传统结构是采用动压推力轴承,但在频繁启动和停机的工况下,动压轴承磨损严重,烧瓦事故时有发生,改用动静压推力轴承后,实机使用证明效果满意。文中介绍了该轴承的工作原理、理论计算,以及在发电机组中的应用;举例说明了实机应用的情况和改进前后的效益对比。
Hydrodynamic thrust bearings are traditionally vised as thrust bearing of water turbo-generator sets. Because of frequently starting and stopping, bearings are worn seriously and seizure happens now and then. Satisfied results have been achieved when hydrodynamic-static thrust bearing being used. This paper presents its operation principle, theoretic calculation and applications in the generator sets. Some examples are given to show its applications and benefits.
