摘要
提出了一种将组合测量技术用于精确测定条纹间距的简便方法,井以狭缝衍射条纹为例,进行了实际测量及数据处理。这种方法具有精度高,而且不需昂贵测量装置的优点。
A.simple and convenient method which is the combinatorial test technique of precisely measuring the fringe spacing of interference and diffraction patterns, has been proposed. The practical test and the data processing have been made. It shows that this method has the advantages of higher precision and needless to the valuable mesurement apparatus.
