摘要
描述了用8031单片机对国产上胶机控制系统进行改造的硬件和软件设计以及采取的控制方法。信号的采集、滑差电动机的控制、干扰的抑制、防抖动与防溢出的处理、数字滤波和快速动态调节等措施、保证了系统能够安全可靠地工作。上胶机微机控制系统已投入现场运行。
In this paper, the design of hardware and software which is reformed in the domestic controlling system of sizing glue machine by 8031 one-chip computer and adapting control way have been described. The signal collecting, slip motor control, disturbance repressed, handling of defensive trembling and defensive over flowing, digital filtering and fast dynamic adjustment and so forth all assure the system safely reliable work. The microcomputer system of sizing glue machine has already put into tuning.
