摘要
依据复杂曲面测量中球形测头的中心轨迹与被测曲面之间互为等距曲面的关系,用双三次B样条曲面建立了描述测头中心轨迹曲面的数字模型。该模型可以按给定精度要求逼近测头中心轨迹曲面。同时提出了一种测头半径三维补偿原理及实施技术,进行了精度分析,最后给出了测量实例。
A digital model for central trace of ball shaped probe in measuring of complex surface is built up by bicubic B-spline, based on the equal distance between the central trace surface and the surface measured. The model could approximate to the trace surface by given accuracy. This paper also deals with the principle, method and accuracy of 3-dimensional probe compensation. Finally an example is analyzed.
