用衍射法测量会聚光束的曲率半径

摘要 描述一种用狭缝、细丝和不透明圆盘等物体衍射的傅里叶频谱精确测量会聚光束曲率半径的原理和方法,并介绍了其在近代光学和光学测量中的应用。实验表明,这种方法对像差不灵敏,具有测量精度高,仪器调整简便,适用范围大等优点。 A new method of measuring the curvature radius of convergent light beam by the diffraction Fourier spectrum of slit, fine wire and small opaque disk has been proposed. The applications in modern optics and optical measurement have been introduced. It shows that this method has the advantages of insensitive to aberration, high precision, easy adjusting and wide applications.
