细化处理对T10钢冲击疲劳抗力的影响

摘要 研究了T10钢原始组织经980℃固溶,640℃回火后碳化物细化预处理对冲击疲劳抗力的影响。结果表明:碳化物细化后,使淬火后的马氏体也得到细化,从而提高了塑性,获得了良好的强韧性配合,使冲击疲劳抗力提高2~3倍,冲击疲劳断口由准解理断裂变为准解理加较多浅韧窝断裂。 The influence of pre-treating for refining carbide by high temperature(980℃) solution and high tempering(640℃) on the impact fatigue resistance has been studied in this paper. The results showed that after treating for carbide refining the impact fatigue resistance of steel T10 was increased 2~3 times than that of the same steel treated with coventional annealing for cardide spheroidizing, and the fracture mophology changed from quasicleavage to quasicleavage and dimple.
