摘要
报道p-PbTe在深低温、强磁场下,不同远红外波长和晶体取向条件下的strip-line透射光谱。观察到一种新的对透射光谱的模式耦合影响。基于对这一复杂的模式耦合问题数学处理的解决,从实验光谱的拟合计算中得到p-PbTe的能带参量,进一步应用6能带的k·p模型解释了能带参量的光谱特性。
The transmission spectra of p-PbTe have been measured by the strip-line technique with different far infrared laser wavelengths at different anhgles of the direction of maqnetic field relative to the crystal axis at low temperature of 1. 5 k. A strong influence of mode coupling on strip-line transmission spectra has been observed and analyzed. The final results extracted from experimental spectra by numerical simulation are in good agreement with the six band k 昿 model calculation.
