摘要
发光多孔硅的发现为光电子学的发展开辟了一条新的途径。本文对多孔硅的结构,各种发光模型和不同的形成机理进行了讨论。
The finding of the light emitting porous silicon could provide a new approach to optoelectronics. In this paper,some aspects of the porous silicon are reviewed. The struc-tures, various models of light emission and different mechanisms of porous silicon formation are discussed.
