摘要
本文在介绍用透射电子显微镜研究材料表面的几种模式的基础上,用研究实例说明这些技术在金属、氧化物材料中的应用。研究实例包括金属钯和氧化铕中表面上的不全位错及层错;电子束照射诱生的表面氧化物结构及取向;表面超结构的直观原子象及分析。
Based upon introduction of four imaging models in transmission electron microscope for study of surfaces in materials, a group of research cases was given to illustrate the application of techniques to metals and oxide materials. The investigations shown in the present paper are Shockley partial dislocations and stacking faults on and near surfaces on the Pd and En2O3 films; electron beam induced oxides on the surfaces of the Pd film; direct atomic imaging of superstructure generated on the Ag2O surface during oxidation of the Ag film.
