摘要
本文介绍我们从含有组份无序的Anderson晶格模型出发,在slave-boson(SB)平均场范围内采用相干势近似(CPA)方法,新近才建立的一个自洽的重费米子合金理论。通过SB平均场方程与CPA方程的同时自洽求解,该理论可以计算重费米子合金中传导电子和强关联f电子的态密度随合金浓度的变化,从而便于研究,当合金浓度增加时,系统从非相干向相干区域的渡越效应。该理论不仅可应用于重电子金属的合金系统,还适合于讨论最新发现的重费米子绝缘体中的掺杂效应。
In the present article, a self - consistent theory of heavy-fermion alloys established recently by us is introduced which is based on the Anderson lattice model with compositional disorder in the framework of slave - boson(SB) mean - field theory by using the coherent -potential approximation (CPA). The concentration dependences of the density of states for conduction electrons and strongly correlated f electrons in heavy -fermion alloys can be determined self-consistently in this theory by solving the SB and CPA equations simutaneously. Thus, one can easily study the crossover effect of alloy systems from incoherent to coherent regime with increasing concentration. Our theory can be applied not only to the alloy systems of heavy electron metals, but also to the discussion of doping effects in newly discovered heavy - fermion insulators.
