摘要
本文在完整晶体动力学衍射理论的基础上,讨论了晶体中几种典型的面缺陷(层错、孪晶界面和错配界面)的动力学衍衬像成像原理。并结合我们的实验结果,对这些面缺陷的动力学衍衬像以及计算机模拟进行了综合的评述。利用实验上得到的衍衬像和计算机模拟像,可以确定晶体中面缺陷的性质。
Based on the dynamical theory of X -ray diffraction, the dynamical images of some typical planar defects (such as stacking fault, twin boundary and misfit boundary) have been calculated. The dynamical images of those planar defects in the different crystals were obtained by X -ray section topography and simulated by computer. By comparing these experimental images with the computer simulation, the nature of these planar defects can pe determined.
