摘要
本文是重新估计润滑状态的一种新的探讨——利用铁谱技术对摩擦界面间存在的磨柱进行观察分析。论证了磨粒对润滑状态的影响及其统计的尺寸分布规律。进而提出润滑状态可靠性的计算方法。
This paper is a new inquiry of re-evaluating lubrication state, with observing arid analyzing wear particles between frictional interface by means of ferrograph. It proves the effect of the particles on lubrication state and their distribution law of statistical sizes. And then it puts forward calculating method of reliability of lubrication state.
