摘要 本文研究了彩电生产装配流水线用铜合金基固体自润滑复合材料,探讨了不同成型压力、烧结温度等对材料物理机械性能的影响,测定了材料在大气中的摩擦磨损特性,应用电子探针分析了材料组元,通过金相观察了材料的显微组织,最后,将材料加工成制品进行现场装配使用,结果表明:其综合性能优良,是一种应用价值很高的自润滑复合材料。 This paper inquires into the solid self-lubrication compounds with Cu-alloy as base, which are used to the assembling lines of color TV set, and discusses the effec ts of forming Pressure and sintering temxerature on the physical and mechanical properties of the compounds in air. Its constituent and microstructure are analyzed. Besides, friction and wear performances of compounds are tested too. Products made of the compounds are applied in site. Testing results prove that its performances are fine, thus being a high valuable solid self-lubrication compounds.
