摘要
研究了痕量Bi催化鲁米诺-邻菲啰啉-H_2O_2-Triton x-305体系产生化学发光及非离子表面活性剂敏化化学发光最佳反应条件,拟定了新的化学发光测定Bi的方法。方法最低检出限达3.7×10^(-10)g/ml,测定响应浓度范围为5×10^(-9)~10^(-5)g/ml,回收率为98.7%~103%,相对标准偏差为2.8%~3.5%之间。
The chemiluminescence method for the determination of bismuth with Iuminol-H2O2-O-pH enanthroline-triton x-305 system is studied. The detection limit of the method is 3. 7×10-10g/ml. The linear range of the calibration curve is 5 × 10-9 ~ 10-5g/ml. Interfering ions are separated by sulphyuryl cotton fiber. This method has been applied to the determiantion of bismuth in rocks. The relative standard deviation is in the range of 2. 8~3. 5%.
