摘要
本文从内燃机汽缸套的磨合、耐磨性、摩擦功耗和机油耗4个方面,讨论了缸套表面形貌的要求,对设计上需要确定的表面形貌进行了探讨。强调活塞环表面形貌对缸套表面形貌所起的决定性作用,提出缸套的表面形貌设计和标志磨合结束的形貌参数的制定,必须与活塞环的表面形貌一起综合考虑。推荐使用表面形貌参数R_q,R_(sk),R_(ku),并建议在磨合指标中采用相关函数分析和累积高度分布曲线。
The requirements and design parameters of bore surface topograhpy are dis cussed from such considerations as: running-in, wearability, power and oil consumption of combustion engine. Tests show that. the surface topography of piston ring has decisive effect on that of cylinder's. Design for surface topography and decision of para meters, such as Rq, Rsk, Rku, (which marks ending of running-in ) must be comprehensively considered with piston ring topography. The author sugests: corelation function analysis and accumulative amplitude distribution curves should be adopted by running-in indexes.
